HOW TO APPLY

Candidates who wish to apply for a Fellowship need to be nominated by their Government or any other public Authority they work for. Such candidates should be serving, or willing to serve, as officials in specific positions whose competence is related to the Course’s topics.

Participants who wish to participate as privates, therefore paying the tuition fee by themselves or their Organization, are only required to fill in Annex 8.

Candidates that have been selected, both as fellows and privates, will be notified by e-mail. Anyway, the enrolment procedure will be finalised when the selected candidate will have confirmed her/his intention to attend and the tuition fee, if due, will have reached IMSSEA’s bank account, whose coordinates will be sent in due time. A new written notification will be sent to the Candidate as soon as the enrolment procedure is finalised, together with all information necessary to attend the Course.

GUIDELINES FOR APPLICANTS – INSTITUTIONAL COURSES

  • In order to apply to our courses, it is mandatory to use the most recent version of the application form, which can be downloaded from this page (see below) or can be requested by email applications@imssea.org
  • Application form must be filled in all parts
  • Information must be clearly readable and/or written in CAPITAL LETTERS
  • In order to be considered eligible for a fellowship for any of our courses, applicants must work in the related field and all the required stamps and signatures must be present on the application (including annex 8)
  • Given the need of quick communications, please provide a valid phone number and contact email
  • In addition to the application form, it is mandatory to jointly send the privacy policy completed and signed by the applicant, under penalty of exclusion of the application form from the selection of course participants.

Applications are accepted in electronic copies and should be emailed not later than the corresponding deadline, to the following addresses:
applications@imssea.org with copy to martrain@imo.org

  • In order to apply to our private Courses, it is mandatory to use the related application form, which can be downloaded from this page (see below) or can be requested by email at applications@imssea.org.
  • Application form must be filled in all its parts.
  • Information must be clearly readable and/or written in CAPITAL LETTERS.
  • Fellowships and accommodation scheme are not available for private trainings.
  • Given the need of quick communications, please provide a valid phone number and email address.
  • In addition to the application form, it is mandatory to jointly send the privacy policy completed and signed by the applicant, under penalty of exclusion of the application form from the selection of course participants.

Please note: refunds are not possible for these courses. In case of withdrawal the fee will be held by IMSSEA and participants will be able to attend another edition in the future.
